There is a race.
A race in which people are in a hurry to win.
A race that people are unaware there in
Nor do they care to know
To busy to care as to the path they tread and where it leads.
Although never fair
It almost always leads to the abiding place of the damned
Yet there are those who warn of such a place
Biding and pleading for them to rethink their course
Yet they push on by
They don’t have time to hear.
They don’t want to hear, they don’t want to.
To scared to face the truth.
They all want to win
A race where all fight to be first.
In such a hurry
In such a scurry
We run and run from the Lord
Falling into the fiery pits of hell
“No big party here!” demons snicker
As they chain your damned soul.
You begin to scream in unimaginable horror
As they begin to drag you along.
As your tossed before the feet of Satan
The unrelenting realization sets in.
“You fool, you fool, you stupid fool;
Welcome to the burning place!”
Satan laughs as he sentences you to your eternal damnation.
The demons join in mock laughter as your tossed into a fiery pit.
Satan grows on your fear and your pain, your excruciating pain.
Burning and screaming
Screaming and burning
Flames engulfing you
An unending cycle of rotting, burning, and melting flesh.
Without hope of escape
With no one to hear your cries
Without ease of the everlasting torment
Nor even a drop of water for your parched tongue
This forever more is your fate
You shall live in this hell because of a path that you choose
There’s no big party in hell
Are you sure you want to be one of these millions of damned souls
In everlasting damnation in the fiery pits of hell?
There’s a race to hell
Are you sure you want to win a race to damnation?
This is Satan’s goal for you
